★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called for a cab on Saturday night and waited a half an hour to only have to call again because the cab hadn't arrived. The person on the phone reassured us that they would be there soon. We waited another 15 minutes only to have to call again and this time the person was laughing and found it rather humorous but did say they would be there and hung up on my husband. We ended up finding another way home. This was a very unprofessional way to do business. I will hesitate to call this company again for a taxi. In my opinion we were more than patient and gave them lots of time to arrive. After all we are in Gananoque not Toronto.
