Best Motel in Canada

P	PJ V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This motel was surprisingly good. We weren't sure when we drove up - it looks old and a bit rundown. The reception desk had me a little worried but the room was dated but clean, the beds were new and very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. We had a good night here on our way through and would recommend it.
N	Natalie Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really liked this place was newly updated, lots of little touches you don't see at other motels, cheaper than motels in the area and a very friendly owner. No carpet in the suites is brilliant! Lots of amenities, no hair dryer but that's not a big deal also very few plugs unfortunately but that is to be expected in motels and most of us have portable charge packs these days anyways. Overall a great place to stay!

We were in a lower room at the back of the building and we could hear just about every move those above us made. The AC did not work and it was a warm humid night. It was way overpriced, I think they must have jacked up the price because of the long weekend. The only upside was that the bed smelled clean. We will not be back
M	Moe Khalil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has bed bugs and smells terrible. Toilet seat is broken. Shower dial is setup backwards. Air conditioner (on wheels) was full of water. I'm giving 2 stars because it has excellent internet and has a nice power bar on the bedside table with USB plugs
M	Maelle Dumoulin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very friendly and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Great service! During our night at the motel, we lost our cat and we couldn't found her. After a week, the owner phone us saying that they found her and kept her during 2 weeks, enough time to come back to the motel to pick her up. While the owner kept our cat, he did everything he could to kept her safe and healthy. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to found our cat back, safe and sound!

I would suggest making sure you clean out the coffee pots and under the tub but- easy to miss places- blankets and mattress were brand new Bed was comfy, room was quiet, just what we wanted. Thanks!
