★ ★ ★ ★ ★ watched the pharmacist talk down to three different people including myself. the wait is way too long. the only reason its worth the 1 star is the convenience of applying my medical insurance before checkout. the girl at the register was nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Kimberly and her amazing staff since 2004. My medical condition, as far as medications, put me into an area where I had no idea of the complexity - which could have been life altering. By chance and convenience, I chose Towers to fill a prescription. I was very fortunate to have been greeted by Pharmasist Kimberly who took the time to thoroughly go over my meds and discuss my prescription needs.
The communication between Kimberly and myself has shown her compassion and that she truly does care. Whenever my family or myself go to the pharmacy we are greeted and treated by the entire staff in the same manner. In all of my years dealing with Towers, I have yet to see other patrons being treated any differently. Anyone who cares about their health and what medications they are putting into their body needs to partner and trust in the pharmacy they choose. I feel Towers and it’s staff has totally met my needs.
The PharmaChoice “Prescription to Go” App that Towers subscribes to is flawless and easy to use. I Love It!!!
On a side note....I am shocked to see that there could possibly be a negative review against this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I think it's fantastic at how attentive to things the pharmacists are, as they've caught things I'm allergic to, nothing is more infuriating than having to call to make sure a prescription is being filled. Whether I walk in, or have my prescription faxed, they are equally important. It's especially disappointing to have it faxed in the morning, and to finally have a chance to call that night and find out it hasn't been touched. I might have to consider changing pharmacies as I work, I don't have time to be calling, as after a doctor's appointment there's a good chance I'm heading into work, which is WHY things are faxed and I won't have the time or ability to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at towers pharmacy are pleasant, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. They are exceptionally meticulous when filling prescriptions. They take their time to consult with you making sure that your needs are met, and that there are no contraindications due to mixing of medications that would be dangerous for their clients. My family and I are greatful to Kimberly and staff for providing us with proper knowledge about the medications prescribed for us. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Our doctor is in the South end of the city. It’s worth the drive. I also believe that they deliver anywhere in the city. Thank you Kimberley and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the personal care I received every single time I visit. I would highly recommend Towers Pharmacy.. Kim and her highly trained staff are friendly and make you feel like family.. They always greet me by name. Take time to check how everything is going.
I can call ahead if my time is limited in the city and my prescriptions are always ready when I arrive.

I've been going to this pharmacy for many years, and they have really made my life infinitely easier. Dealing with a lot of prescriptions is hard sometimes but the ladies here are so amazing at not only their job; but as being a caring & compassionate human beings too. From calling doctors, to doing extra research, promptly filling orders, and so much more.. I don't know what I'd do without them and wish to show my gratitude.
