★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking inside on a decent track is essential during the winter months!! Pretty expensive to use the track for a bit of time. I dont like that very much.

In the evenings it’s crowded but it’s understandable as it’s one of the best gyms in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has it all tons to do a gym a running track a pool an outdoor stadium. My kids girlfriend and I absolutely love the pool. My daughter can't get enough of the waterside and son love the high dive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Notch Facilities and home of TRU Wolf Pack teams as well as Kamloops Broncos Jr. Football. A wide variety of fitness needs for all skill levels. Indoor track and hardwood courts & outdoor track and brand new turff field. Throwing centre and grass football/soccer fields.
