★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last experience for sure!! I would pay double price at any other place to get my facial done instead of this place! Firstly, was excited to go for a facial, but the lady disappointed me with her RUDE tone of voice as soon as I walked in. The whole time she just sat outside with one of other coworker, gave massage for around 5 min before and after and gave steam for solid 15 min with a side note (if you feel too much heat just turn the machine to side) and sat outside. Wasted 1 hr at this place for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today for a hydrating facial, eyebrow threading and tinting. Enjoyed my time so much stayed for a wash and style too! Highly recommend! I have never had a facial like this before and all other services I recieved were amazing. Thank you for the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and daughter went to get their hair styled. They had talked prior and were quoted around 400.00. The total bill came out to 682.00!
My wife was so upset, she asked for an invoice and Raz the manager played the "I don't understand what you say" game. So I called her myself and asked her extremely politely for a breakdown. She straight up told me she doesn't have time for this and hung up the phone.
So number one...insane price, almost 700 bucks!
Two....why would you hang up and not justify a price breakdown?
If the manager was willing to explain and work out the price with me, I probably wouldn't be so upset. But seriously, 700 bucks....be careful everyone. Make sure you know the real cost first.

I pointed out that, I have too much hair fall after my first hair smoothing, so I don’t want it again. This time I have normal hair fall. They gave high standard services with good quality products. The results are much better than I expected. I definitely visit their again.
