T	TONY LIANG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contact the company for Samsung dryer heat issue. Technician claimed the heat element has to be replaced and charge 140 dollars for service call and nothing has been done for that. Second visit, Technician came over with heat element and told us the heat element he got it is a broken one, need to replace and reorder it. So, no charge. Third visit, technician came again and replaced the heat element and tested the dryer, the heat issue has been fixed, however the dryer makes crazy noise, and technician told us ignore the noise and continue to use it. I told the technician dryer never has a noise issue before, even it had no heat, but never come with the noise issue, I suggested him to call the shop and ask for colleagues’ opinions, he refused to do it and told me to ignore the noise. If I want to replace the motor, he can charge me the part and fix the noise. I called the shop and left the message for about 4 days, no follow ups at all! And charge me to another 371.86 dollars for the labor and heat element part, but bring me a even a bigger problem the motor. Thanks for your help, if I go to buy a brand new one it will be cheaper than your labor and parts, plus bring me another issue.

When the repair man came he was there for just over an hour and charged me $517 dollars which besides the cost of the element which was around $150 he should have only charged me an extra half hour on top of the service call or even an hour but he said service call is just for travel? I felt they ripped me off. I asked the repair man for a receipt break down so I could understand it better and he said his office was going to send it and they never did. I would definitely call others for better pricing!

I really appreciated how flexible he was to work around my work hours—he came at the agreed upon time during the initial diagnostic and the actual repair after the ordered part arrived. He was efficient and finished the job in less than an hour, and even offered helpful advice. Thanks to him our LG washer is working like new again!

After more than two weeks of being given the run-around I was sent to the manufacturer who sent me to Totem. Despite terrible snow and ice I had a technician (Michael) out very quickly. He replaced two parts and had it working again in a week, despite having to cancel two appointments because it was unsafe to drive and having to drive all over to get the parts. I am very impressed and have found my go to for appliance repair. I cannot say enough good things about Totem and Michael. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong until Totem got involved, then everything worked.
