★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had used ElectraFix previously for my old fridge and when my dryer lost heat, I knew who to contact immediately. ElectraFix offers a very fair service fee which is then applied to your bill if you have your appliance serviced. It took 2 attempts to figure out the issue with my dryer and I was only charged once which you can’t say about other companies. This company is fair with prices and offers service appointments quickly, plus it’s local, can’t beat that. My dryer is back up and running thanks to Zack who was professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend ElectraFix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Zack was very professional when he came to fix our washing machine. He was honest and helpful when explaining what was wrong with the appliance. Before entering our house he covered his shoes with those special covers, and I appreciated his thoughtfulness regarding that. He has very good knowledge of appliance, its parts and its function. He quickly was able to find out what was wrong and was very efficient in his job, sending quotes and receipts. You can tell he is a very smart individual, able to quickly figure out the issue and address it. Thank you Zack!

Very grateful we did not have to buy a new oven, and using this service has certainly saved us several hundred dollars. I can't speak for all of their technicians, but I would certainly recommend Eddie to any potential clients. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ElectraFix was quick to reply to my time-sensitive repair needs, and they were honest about the work.
It took only a single day from my inquiry email to have someone come to have a look. Guy, the service tech who came was communicative about the machine, and explained everything that was going on with the washer. He was very friendly and made sure that I understood everything before he proceeded!
As it turned out, to repair the washer would have cost at least as much to replace it entirely, and I was recommended to speak with the customer service department who followed up with me about next steps.
The visit was only a flat-rate service fee, as there was no repair work done, and that cost was eventually put towards my new appliance! Altogether a very efficient service!!

Zack was very communicative about what the issues could be and what the costs would be. Once he looked at the dryer it was exactly one of the issues he mentioned. Zack was very efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards. All in all fantastic service all around. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie came into my place today right on time. He even called when he was 30 minutes to to give me a heads up. Great touch. He came in, was respectful and kept social distance and masked up the whole time. He was direct in telling me what we was doing as far as diagnostic and repairs. Very transparent. When he left my place was in the same condition as when he came. I felt great value in what he did for me and my family. I would highly recommend Eddie and his company for those looking to get great work at a great price. Thanks guys!!
