★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a furnace breakdown, Alan came out, did not upcharge us as many would have out here, fixed with simple solutions and also with a great personality!! He will be back to service our furnace and will be our "go-to" guy - highly recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met with Al from Total Heating in Invermere to get his help in replacing our furnace. Al inspected the furnace and said it needed replacing so we agreed to replacing the furnace and a new one was ordered and delivered within a week. Al never came back to install the new furnace and while we were waiting he was negligent in informing us that the old furnace was dangerous and not operating properly. The old furnace subsequently caught fire and burn't down our house in Invermere while we were out of town. Total Heating was found to be negligent and responsible for the fire so we would not recommend Total Heating for any service or installation of heating or air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abandoned by my original heating company after my heat pump was not operating correctly. I turned to Total Heating run by Al Thomson who came to my site the day I called and ran his testing device to find the problem. In short order the problem was located and taken care of. Would highly recommend Total Heating for all heating, air conditioning problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our AC quit working the night before the hottest day of the summer. Al kindly spent time on the phone with me making sure that it wasn't an easy fix before sending someone out. Called Total in the evening, and the AC was up and running by 11am the next day.

My furnace is running perfect now. Al was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. With air conditioning season on its way, I'll definitely be calling Mr. Thomson again!
