★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review of this company is negative and I didn't even get as far as being able to make a deposit. The reason for my one-star rating is that I have been completely ignored. My fiancée and I identified a limousine on their website that would be perfect for our wedding party. I asked Sonia at Toronto Limo Rentals if it was available on our date. Her response was, "No worries. For booking, a $100.00 deposit is required." I had read a number of negative reviews of this company which warned that Toronto Limo Rentals does not send the limousine that is agreed upon in the contract. They will send the vehicle of their choosing. I didn't want to be put in the position on our wedding day of having to choose between an old, rusty replacement vehicle or having no limousine at all so I replied to Sonia and said, "I will send over a $100 eTransfer for our deposit as soon as you can confirm that your Ford party bus is still available for our wedding date. I want to be sure that we will be getting that limousine in particular and not a replacement or similar vehicle." I have sent two follow-up emails since and have now made the decision to take my business elsewhere. My advice to anyone who chooses to use Toronto Limo Rentals would be to prepare to have a completely different vehicle show up for your booking. They are unresponsive and unable to commit to agreed-upon vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toronto Limo Rentals was great to work with. We had booked the before the pandemic for our wedding and they were really flexible to work with. We had to change the date of our reception and they had no problem to rework the contract for us. The day of our reception the limo bus driver was right on schedule. The drive and we had no worries and partied it up on the bus for our long awaited celebration. The limo at night was also very early and was ready for us to get on at the end of celebration and took us home safe and sound.

We rented an SUV Limo for both of my daughters' birthday night out in Toronto. Right from the beginning the service was great and Sonia was more than accommodating and polite when booking. Also, Jihan, the driver, was absolutely wonderful with all the girls and very professional. The limo was beautiful and the girls had a fantastic time. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Everything was great from our driver Mandeep (amazing!!!!), the party bus was clean and in excellent condition, the efficiency and organization, and our coordinator Sonia. I was very happy with our service and would confidently recommend Toronto Limo Rentals to family and friends. Huge shout out to Mandeep, our driver, he was amazing! Thank you again!

The driver was on time and very helpful.The best part is that the services are not that pricey. I love the overall experience with this company and team. My special thanks to the driver Vivek, who took our pictures and help us to make our trip memorable. He was very polite and amazing. I would definitely book again for me and my family for any other occasion or trip to go. Just to add, I got 25% discount for my next trip, which is really good.
I recommend these services for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired this company to get our bridal party from point A to point B with class and punctuality at our wedding, but both of those things were not accomplished.
Firstly, the driver showed up with a wrinkled untucked dress shirt, looking very disheveled (see image).
Secondly they missed the entrance to our photo location spot a total of three times. Someone had to stand at the front and direct the driver. This caused us to be over an hour late and the driver didn’t seem to care.
Thirdly, once inside the location spot, the driver received wrong information from their GPS and ended up dropping us off at the wrong area. For example, the limo drove to an area where they were unable to turn around and backed up traffic causing the groom to walk up 120 stairs to get to the proper spot. As well, the bride was forced to walk nearly a KM in her white dress to get to the spot, because the Party Bus didn’t feel comfortable going any further in a massive parking lot with many entrances and exits for all vehicles.
Lastly the party bus had an issue where the AC was causing water to leak in the back seat. Causing our entire wedding party to bunch in the front. Some members were even unable to sit! The party bus driver left the front door open, leading flies and other insects to get inside the bus as well.
The drivers did not seem comfortable driving such large vehicles, they refused to turn into parking lots and certain locations where others seemed to go.
We are so embarrassed at the service provided, we trusted the reviews and we were let down. STAY AWAY!!

The chauffeur was great and a courteous individual and the company as a whole was very accommodating and went above and beyond in every aspect. The car itself was brand new and clean. I would highly recommend this company to make your special day a little more special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely phenomenal service! The chauffeur was an absolute gem of a human being! Made our wedding experience just as exciting and calming! The drive of the vehicles was immaculate! Even the party bus we had! Everyone enjoyed every moment of it!
We had the Rolls Royce Phantom and man on man I would definitely rent this car again for any and everyone event I have in the future!
