Viva La Rosa has a lot of inventory and many colour & floral options. I've been purchasing my flowers from her since I started my business. Definitely recommend.

I was a little apprehensive given the reviews, the distance and the fact that my order was entirely glass. My order was delayed as they did not have the item I ordered in stock. They did make it right by giving me an upgraded item at the same price. The order arrived intact however one of the items was the wrong size. They gave me a refund for the wrong item sent in lieu of shipping the right item because shipping would have been more than the item itself. All in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Due to COVID 19, my ordered vases were late. However, Francis accommodated and gave me a free upgrade in the vases with LED lights and included the shipping costs. We have our items on time with an excellent upgrade and no additional charge. Thanks Francis!

Friendly staff, wide variety, and prices were good. I received help carrying items to my car.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered 6 pilsner vases from them. When they arrived, 4 of my 6 were completely shattered. There was literally NO PADDING in the boxes AT ALLl. When I emailed I got no response so I called the number and talked to a girl named Simran. Know what she told me? It isn't our fault that the vases broke so you're just going to have to contact fedex if you want your money back. I wasn't going to let that slide so I emailed her screenshots of fedex policy saying that if they didn't pack it, it's not their fault. She goes well I will just refund you for those 4 vases. I did not want a refund, I wanted 4 replacement vases shipped to me. Her response? Well they're just going to break again. So I suggested that she take them to fedex to be shipped properly and she responded with "well that is just going to cost us extra?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So after fighting with this woman back and forth, she finally agreed to ship me my 4 replacement vases at the end of August. The end of the month comes and goes with no vases and so I call a week into September to find out where my vases are. AGAIN they argue that the vases are just going to break if they ship them again. I suggested maybe packing them correctly and they said that they just don't do that. This time I was talking to a guy named Eman. I was told my vases would be shipped the next day. The next day came and went with no shipping confirmation emailed. So I called again the next day. At this point, they recognize my number and I would have to call five or six times before someone would answer the phone. Sometimes they would answer and then just hang it up. Very professional... So I asked again where my vases were and they said within the hour. You can guess that I did not receive an email. Called again and threatened I would contact authorities so they said by the end of the day. Never received an email. The next day I had to call TEN TIMES IN A ROW for someone to answer the phone. I just asked for a refund and they only refunded me for the 4 broken vases which was nothing to the amount I paid, especially the ridiculous shipping cost. THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS! If you are not able to go directly to the company to pick up anything, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND ARE A JOKE OF A COMPANY!! I DIDN'T BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS BUT THEY ARE TRUE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

I was worried when I placed my first order because of the reviews and I wanted to buy glass geometric lanterns. I originally ordered 3 and one came broken (no surprise, its a glass item going a far distance).When I reached out they promptly offered to ship a replacement or give me a refund. I ordered a larger number of lanterns and a few were broken but again sent new or gave me a refund quickly. Every time this team was AMAZING work with and great at communicating. At these prices it is 100% worth ordering early, some arrive broken, getting more and playing a bit of a slow game. If you are buying décor and have a bit I would 100% recommend using Viva La Rosa.

Amazing selection! My fiancée and I got everything that we were looking for and more, all for VERY reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly as well.
