You can find EVERYTHING they have in store cheaper online....EVERYTHING. what they have in store is from China and you can find these very same things on Aliexress or even Amazon for cheaper.

Customer service could be better at times.The previous reviewer " Linda I" regardless of your bad experience I don't see why stating anyone's nationalities is necessary or how it is positively or negatively related to your buying experience. People of all races, creeds and colour can be rude. And mentioning the size of a person just reveals what "type" if person you are. Not nice!

I will highly recommend them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive with questions I had. I will recommend them for event supplies!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why the reviews here said bad customer service and bad prices but my experience was fantastic. The lady working was kind and was working hard by herself at such a busy time. I found my wedding centrepieces at an amazing price I couldn't find at Michael's and not even on Amazon!! She literally busted her back to get items for me. The place was clean and presentable and I will definitely reccomend this place to anyone who would need it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove all the way down to Montreal to pick up some items. The owners are super nice and friendly. The lady brought me cold water the moment I told her that I had driven in from far. Jack also, helped put all my things in my car, overall, the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give the store a zero , The woman was not at all friendly. She was really rude to my daughter. Jack seemed to be nice. I went there to buy 36 vases and with her attitude I would recommend to go elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more. When you have good customer service people don't mind paying a little more to keep good companies in business, unfortunately good customer service is not what you get here. Also word of advice Sara don't tell customers they are only allowed in if they are going to buy something. Everyone is having a hard time in this situation and we need to work together and help each other but unfortunately you have decided to be rude and treat others bad.
