★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience.
We were promised 6 weeks for job completion, charged extra for the faster delivery time. Job was delayed week by week with a different story. Towards the end our phone calls were completely avoided. The owner is never there to talk to you directly and has left literally few dishonest kids to keep the customers busy while he commutes btw his Calgary and Toronto stores. My job was finally installed on the 16th week with at-least 10 promised dates prior to that.
Fountain has a major issue. there are leaks along the exit points and water splashes over the counter. very cheaply made plumbing and it looks like a home made product. We have this in our reception area and it splashes over the counter top and drops of water falls over patient's walking path. We have been forced to turn this off completely.
Have been trying to get Felix and his team to come and look and fix this. it's an excuse after excuse. phone calls are not returned and no one shows up to appointments when they finally commit to one.
I have given hope on this company and very unhappy as I have spent 6K on a product that I cant turn on now.
I will start a legal action to make sure ppl don't open and run businesses like this and think they can get away from it.
Don't fall for the promises this company makes. Felix will not deliver and Mathew will keep proposing things with one excuse after another.
