Absolutely fantastic - they completed a project to perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. The work was at my Mothers house and she wanted me to share her opinions - Thank you for the work that was done yesterday. I would definitely rate them “10”. I was very pleased with the job they did so efficiently. They were efficient, courtesy and had the time to talk with me to make sure everything was done just the way we had requested. There was no mess left behind for us to clean up. I would definitely refer your company to others. The main thing was they showed up. We have had a problem getting contractors to show up and to do the job we requested. Absolutely no problem with your contractors. Very pleased. Thank you.

Hindsight is 20/20 and experience teaches wisdom. A picture is worth a thousand words. I would not rehire and would not recommend them to anyone. At the time Toro installed my roof they did not have any credentials with Certain Teed to install their shingles. I would ask them for their credentials from CertainTeed and also verify with CertainTeed. My experience with this company is one that I will regret for the rest of my life. To date, it is the Worse and the most dishonest experience I have ever had dealing with any company. Shortly After they installed my roof..it leaked in multiple places. I had to have an independent inspection done which revealed that my entire roof needed to be replaced. Imagine, my roof needed to be replaced within months of Toro installation? This company has been to my property for at least 10 times and in the end I was left with in a terrible position with leaks in places I never had leaks. I would avoid them at all cost. I did not find them honest or trustworthy. If you decide to hire them, I would get an inspection done before paying them. I would also watch them while they are working. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through with this company. I honestly can’t even find the words to express the nightmare and financial havoc dealing with this company has caused me. I had to now find money to replace my roof, replaced my eavestrough that was damaged and the sections incorrectly installed by Toro, I also had to find money to repair the damaged ceiling due to the leaks from the roof Toro installed. Please see posted pictures! and make your own informed decision. Ask any other eavestrough company if they have ever used that black stuff to seal the corners. That’s what Toro used. I would honestly avoid them at all cost. Asking a company to fixed the damage they have caused is not classified as wanting “free work”. Dealing with this company has brought me to tears and on my knees.

Inconsiderate employees who do not care about the surrounding area or neighborhood; leave a mess and are rude to people... Their work isn't all that good either, my brother and his collage buddies could do a better job blindfolded and the morning after a serious bender! Zero stars if that was possible... Stay away!

We cannot thank Jason, Kathy and the entire team at Toro Roofing enough for the exceptional job they have done for us! We were under a serious time crunch to get our roof done since we noticed some water spotting in one of our bedroom’s ceiling, all the while trying to get our house listed. They truly went the extra mile to get our roof done as quickly as possible, within a week it was done! We are extremely grateful and even more satisfied with the work they have done!

I had a great experience with Toro. They diagnosed and fixed my roof in less than 30 minutes for a great price. They were friendly, professional, responsive, and on-time. I would call Toro again for any roof requirements. They succeeded where other roofers failed me.

Toro did a great job on my very steep, very high roof. Great attention to detail including several follow-ups to ensure everything was clean and done correctly. Highly recommended.

The team at Toro roofing is great! I've used them for flat and shingled roof installations and repairs. They do great work, are respectful of your property (and your neighbours!), always clean up after themselves and do great work! Highly recommend for any roofing needs!
