★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a bottle of juice listed for 1.99. get to the front and I see her punch in 2.99. I asked how much it is supposed to be and she says 2.50... so I think okay no use arguing here since it clearly wasn't a mistake but a shady move (could tell from how she was acting). Then I get hit with a debit fee even tho I'm paying 10 dollars - can tell these people don't care about the customer. I leave and open my drink and there's mold all around the rim. I go back in and ask to return it. She spends 3 minutes looking at it, taking the cap off and putting it back on, saying nothing but acting very strange. Then just stares at us as if she's waiting for us to leave. We say no we want a refund. She angrily hands us 2.55 lol not even the amount charged or tax. After saying "no you opened it how can we resell it" 1. How could I see mold if I didn't open it 2. Why and how could you resell that. 3. I think she was playing with the lid to see if she could still resell it or reseal it.... I took a sip out of that. That's probably how it got mold in the first place. They resold something someone opened.
That's what you get when a proprietor does not care about the customer.
