D	David Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove here to get a large amount of supplies for a large project on a home we are building. Got there at 1pm but the gate was closed. Google said they are open. Called the number and I asked if they were closed or if there was another entrance. Someone picked up the phone and all he said was "what do you want" in a very annoyed tone. No "hello" or "how can I help you" nothing, extremely unprofessional. I can't believe that's how they answer their phones! I even had to double check the phone number I called just to make sure it was the right number because I was so surprised at how unprofessional and rude they were on the phone. I was so shocked at how they responded to customers that even though I was right outside their entrance, I just left - so unprofessional and rude. I found out there was another Landscape supply store just down the road from them. I just went there instead.

I contacted five competitors and Top had the products in stock, at a very good price. Due to the weather forecasts, I changed the delivery date three times and Tony was always VERY agreeable. The products were delivered on time by a driver who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The material was of good quality, e.g., the bark nuggets were nice and dry and the rock was as advertised. We needed another yard of nuggets and Tony once again was very willing to deliver whichever day in the coming week would work best for us. We experienced a very strong customer service focus and felt that our business and satisfaction were valued. We are very pleased with all aspects of our interaction and highly recommend Top Landscape Centre!

I strongly encourage people to go here and talk to the staff about your needs before going anywhere else. They delivered good quality top soil, sod, and mulch. Highly recommend.

I purchased top soil, sod and mulch from them and was very happy with the product. Also, their prices could not be beat by any competitor.
