★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product is definitely cheaper than competition, but the quality of material (road crush, fill sand, black dirt) is compromised (e.g., low quality). Spend a few dollars more elsewhere, you will not regret it. Plus, the service folks don't care about the low quality they focus on cheaper materials and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before writing this review I sent 2 emails with my complaint. Neither email received the courtesy of a reply.
Before payment the customer service was very good, however after payment their customer service was sadly nonexistent.
I ordered 5 yards of lava stone which when delivered had a considerable amount of debris (stone dust or sand like material) mixed in with the stone. So much so I would say it cheated me out of at least a yard of lava rock.
After spreading the rock, there was at least 7 large areas that had a minimum of an inch deep of this debris. I would think this company would want to rectify this situation. I would believe many ethical businesses would offer a solution and customer service that would address this issue.
