Management is horrible and does not respect staff. There is no worklife balance. Staff are constantly talked down to while senior management has no idea what their job is and how to even do it.
As frontline staff, we are not listened to and instead treated as kids. They tend to forget that staff have their families as well and are put in very compromising situations especially during the covid pandemic.
Public health needs to pay a visit to this place. I'm happy I'm no longer working here.
