The lady Jennifer gave us a very well informed tour. She was really helpful and a generally nice person who help us clarify a lot with questions that we weren’t sure of. This place is bright and Spacious compared to other homes they been to. Thank you!!

The best quality of care for the residents. She also cares for the residents like they are her own family. The rest of the staff on the floor are hardworking aswell. l should mention my shift was evenings. The management are also very helpful . l was hired after my placement . l look forward of being part of the Chartwell Trilogy Team. Thanks again for making my placement pleasurable. I learned alot on 2nd floor.

I heard many good things about Chartwell homes. I decided to visited this home and I was very impressed with how I was greeted when I arrived. The place look so fresh and new. It gave me a good positive feeling. The people were smiling and friendly which I believe is very important when choosing a home for my parents.

We are both health care professionals so we feel we are able to provide a credible review. Friendly caring staff in an organized and clean facility. Both our family members are complex care residents - one with Huntington's disease and the other with Parkinson's disease. What is most important to us is that they are integrated in all activities despite their limitations. The staff does an outstanding job ensuring they see each other regularly eventhough they are on different floors. Don't believe that ALL privately run LTC's provide poor care. Chartwell Trilogy us outstanding on so many levels!

The compassion from everyone puts my mind at ease. I'm so relieved to have her there. Thank you to all the staff for your kind, compassionate welcome. I'm adding a PS to my first review. At first I was impressed with everyone caring for my mom. Now I really see. When you walk the halls at Trilogy, you walk among living angles. The PSW's, nurses and all staff. Care isn't just an occupation with them, it's a passion. I'm forever grateful and from me and my family we wish you infinite Peace, Love and Prosperity.
