Their coffee is always fresh. The employees always serve with a smile. I met Chehak, she is very helpful and kind.

They're all right. Too focused on buffing the drive thru time rather than actually focusing on the orders and customer service. They will wave their hand out the window to tell you to wait until your order is ready. Then they'll wave you forward. It's quite comical.

This location has a total of 4 competent employees. Unfortunately 2 work in the back, one takes drive thru orders (doesn't make them), and the last one doesn't seem to work as often. This location has some seriously poor training and it shows. Some issues I've had. -Not getting the right amount of surgar or cream in my coffee. -Not stirring the coffee properly, making all the sugar sit at the bottom. -I ask for a plain bagel, double toasted with butter. I get a plain bagel lightly heated with butter, or double toasted with a smidgen of butter, or lightly heated with a smidgen of butter, or double toasted with butter on only one side to the point I have to watch the bagel being made and yell out instructions. They care so much about getting drive-thru and delivery taken care of that they focus on speed rather than accuracy and it's a consistent problem. They also seem to be understaffed as on any given day there could be 10 people in lineup and only one person taking and actually making the orders, causing the lineups to get bigger and bigger and the levels of frustration to go up. They have 4 people working drive thru, one person working the front. The only have 1 food station to take care of both the front and drive thru, so there's frequent delays and eventually, to make up for that, they get one person in the back to help out but what ends up happening is they end up working over each other and causing more problems. This location used to be amazing, but unfortunately the owner has stopped visiting the location, its best employees have left, head office almost never comes around for evaluations, and the managers are never seen. The current staff is very poorly trained and look confused when you ask them to butter both sides. Unfortunately this location is the only one within reasonable distance of the area as one other location (Midland and Eglinton) was closed by the city for TTC projects and the other location (Markham and Eglinton) is a bit of a trek if you don't have a car. Don't recommend this location at all.

The employees are so disprespectful. Honestly the fact that they were hired is sad. It makes me think that they just hire anyone who applies. They give aftitude and mess up orders, then they have the audacity to gaslight me into believing I was in wrong. There so is much wrong with this generation. I hope the the managers will take this into consideration and give the staff a talking to. Until they do, i will no longer be spending my money at this location. Sincerely, a concerned customer.

Their service is ok. Just wished that when there is 6 people in line they would get another person to help. Loads of times I see people at Drive thru just talking to each other rather than help out. Also, store closes at 8pm, I would understand it soups and chili are sold out by 5pm. But been there sometimes at 2pm, 3 pm and chicken noodle/chili is sold out.

Drive thru' to get cold brew coffee with vanilla cream. It taste great. Staff was polite.

Had my favourite French Vanilla and a chocolate croissant in a nice neighbourhood outlet. Was yummy though and

I drive thru here to get French Vanilla, cheese beagle and muffin. Employees are polite and respectful. I liked the French vanilla of theirs. Thank you so much:)
