M	Maddy Manian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building management, they do little care to keep the building clean and safe to live. Trash bins over flow, building infested with roaches, mice and bugs.
H	Homealone Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heating control in the building is poor especially during the temperature changes. I have a room temperature monitor which sometimes shows around 18 to 19 c but if I tell the management they say that the build heat control is turned on and it is set to standard temperature. Building Wall and door insulation are very bad. Cold air leaks into the unit and it gets too cold in the winter causing the temperature to drop inside the unit. Apart from heating and insulation there are mice and roach issues as well. Mice get into the unit through the holes in the unit and I had to complain couple of times to seal the holes but it didn't stop them from coming in. Roach treatment has to be done regularly to keep the roach population from increasing. There are some people who smoke (cigars and stuff) in the stairwell and smoke weed that will seep through the apartment unit. It's high time that the CAPRIET makes note of all these issues and address them.
D	Drive Through Horizon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nasty building and management !!! Try to avoid this apartment building if you have scope. Everywhere you will find filthy things scattered. The floor Carpets is filled with pees and poos of pets. Drunkards throw cans from tops at night . Taste and Quality of living of residents is below below average Building management just look for ways to cut tenants' pockets. The bathroom fittings and glass windows became old but if fell down, you have to pay. During winter, heating system is just miserable, you just have to shiver in cold. The lady manager (chinese origin) come and look for tenants' faults.

This building smells really bad with all the infestation. Don't keep anything in the kitchen cabinet as they may contain remains of dead roaches. Stay away from this place if you can. Mice get through the holes between the two units. The building maintenance put mouse trap and net but it doesn't work at all. There are mouse dropping due to the infestation that would cause health hazard. Right from the basement, to the elevator and building hallway, everything is unclean and dirty.
C	Cassielle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their visitors parking lot is a cash grab area for parking enforcement and their apartment management. The parking meter is there for decoration and only works 10% of the time, making visitors unable to get a permit. If you come after the management office closes to try to find a work around on getting a permit, you're pretty much sol. Consistently getting ticketed in this area just because I am unable to properly get a ticket at this property, and it is becoming very discouraging to visit loved ones because of this.
