★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have actually had a great experience living here so far, I've done many years in apartment living, with slumlords and companies who don't want to fix anything for you or take weeks to sort it out.
while living with Midwest on upland dr, if I ever had to sort anything out from a leaky pipe, to even a burn out dryer, it was done relatively fast, and by that I mean within two days things were sorted out and fixed or replaced.
with the rink across the way, as well as a park, theirs many things you can do in our little area of town, its very nice to be able to greet your neighbors, and have tea in your back yard watching the deer make their way around.
the cleanliness is great!! I cant tell you how appreciated it is to be able to walk down the street, and not see any eyesores, I rather like the fact that the company is on top of the game with that. Last but not least, lets speak about the friendly customer/landlord service we get at this rental property, they're always willing to assist you in any communications you need, from inquiry's to general maintenance.

Green and spacious, great location - you also got some pretty cool neighbours in all the deer who'd stop by like it was something out of a wildlife show. If you're looking for a new home, and you don't mind the small town feel of the 'Hat, I'd recommend this place for sure.
