★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pulled up to the drive thru window hungry. Actually hangry. And it took forever to have anyone acknowledge that I was there. The very first thing the person at the order window said was I'm so sorry for the wait. What can I get for you today. I ordered my salad and when I arrived at the window it was already ready. I asked the young lady at the window if they were short staffed and she said they were. She had an actual look of fear on her eyes like I might blast her or something. Regardless of that she was beyond pleasant and made small talk with me as I paid. She made my visit to the restaurant so good that I couldn't wait to give my review. Her name is Raeann and her service was outstanding. She made the entire visit worth a 5 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a very busy day we decided to do drive through. Normally we never have an issue with our orders but tonight they gave us the wrong burrito. I just didn't have it in me to drive back across town so I called to let them know about the mix up. They took full responsibility for the mix up and sent us a new burrito at our door. This is why we keep coming back because the service is always awesome, workers are friendly and they use manners! Kudos TacoTime employees. You have the best food and service in town. Keep up the good work.

She was extremely polite, efficient without rushing and very upbeat, This type of customer interaction would make me drive across town to order at your restaurant.

Always friendly, and accurate orders... on a take out order packaging is important and I have to say this was the most thoughtfully packed order I've ever seen. The food was fresh, hot, delicious and exactly what I ordered.
I have to say, that time and time again this location serves up accountability, and that means alot these days in the food industry - where many places take for granted the money spent for meals out. Keep up the good work! ?
