g	geniphill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my. I've never heard the rudest receptionist I've ever heard in my entire life. I heard grandfather just fell off the roof and was in the hospital and I wanted to try to visit him and I just got off with the most unpleasant person I've ever spoke to. She hates people I promise you this and she has no consideration with anyones feeling. I was in shock I'm how she spoke to me. I couldn't remember the exact spelling of my grandfather's name and she said "how is he your grandfather if you don't know his name?" I'm sorry. I didn't I was suppose to call my grandfather Mr.blank I just called him Lolo all my life. Spelling a word and know how it sounds is to different things. Then I went to ask my mom how to spell it and before she can try to spell it a second time the receiptionsit on the switch board just hung up on me. I wish I got her name I would have blasted it in the review.
T	Talhabanu Karodiya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my baby delivered here during the peak covid times. Inspite of these hard times, the staff was really helpful in every way. My baby had to be kept in NICU for 4 days and the department was really good in taking care of me and my newborn in every way they can. Cannot thank them enough after GOD! ?

Your xray techs hurt me worse than my injury and left me crying, abandoned in a hallway. I have a shoulder broken in 4 places. Your nurses and paramedics were whining and complaining about patients In public. After 6 hours doctor said no surgery, here 's morphine go home. I left in just a bra, trackpants,blanket, sling and slippers crying in the rain. Not 1 staff member offered to help me and I passed many including security. Don't you dare send me a donation form.

J	Jackie L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst hospital I’ve been too. Highly recommend a different hospital. Every visit, for just a check up takes nearly 4-5 hours waiting room. Not only that , one time I arrived with a family member for a check up. The line finally was moving and it was our turn next for the check up, there was a person who arrived much later than us ( I knew this because every time you go to the waiting room you drop off a folder) and somehow was able to get in the appointment before us.

They have a "booking system" to allow one person to see a patient for 1 hour per day (C word related) BUT says its still first come first serve? I confirmed with a nurse to go see my grandmother and travelled 40 Minutes away just to arrive and be denied. They even had the audacity to say "She's not in palliative care - she isn't dying" She's a 91 one year old lady who is having heart failure.... WORST hospital! avoid if you can
S	Shamly R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing and blessed experience of my life here. Our baby boy was born here. Can’t appreciate the nurse who was there with me during the whole time more. During COVID time, my husband and I were worried, but this lady was there like my mom for any help. And the next day, even though her duty was with another patient, she came to check if I was okay. Couldn’t thank her properly at the moment. But praying for her good health and wealth.
