Doctors are very nice and helpful but the front desk needs to improve communication and patient management.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Doctors are very compassionate, understanding and professional. Great if you're looking for a new family doctor. Receptionists are helpful and if you book an appointment the wait times are reasonable.

This clinic never ans there phone, when they finally do, the receptionist never knows what they are talking abt! The doc is always booked for 2-3 weeks and finally if you get an appointment, you still have to wait min. an hour before seeing the doc. What's the point of taking an appointment then? They tell u to do walk-in and when you go to walk-in they ask you to book an appointment. Disappointed and frustrated!!

I am giving this 1 stars not because I am not satisfied with my family doctor. The 1 star is for the Filipino receptionist they have working who is rude and clueless. I have always been booking my appointments online with my family doctor Dr. Serio and I’ve had no problems in the past. If the time i chose was not available someone would always email me back to let me know or gives me a call. Today October 15,2021 I had booked an appointment for 1pm from Tuesday October 12,2021. I just realized that it was Friday and 5pm and I have not received a phone call yet. Also, in the online booking inside the message box I had written down for anyone to call me in case of my chosen time not being available. This is getting ridiculous and someone needs to do something about this because someone’s health is not to be played with. Amy Magnaye

The staff is incompetent, arrogant and disrespectful. I wouldn’t even give them one star. The absolute WORST clinic I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Unfortunately my family doctor moved to this clinic and he is amazing so I have no choice but to continue to put up with the HORRIBLE staff.

Is there an option of zero stars or negative stars? Because this is the WORST clinic I have ever been. Called in and book a bloodwork. Filipino lady said all is okay and I am booked. When I called the next day to confirm my appt, I was told by someone else that I was book for a telephone appt. they said they do not have an in person doctor so they have to move my appt to the week after that. Such a waste of time. The filipino lady has mistakenly booked me for a telephone consult instead of in person when I specifically said BLOODWORK. Is there a blood work over the phone? Filipino lady is not using her head. Then when I went there, I was informed that they do not do bloodwork at the moment. How fascinating?? How is this person passed the job interview? I specifically asked about blood work and she ok’d it. And they do not have blood work? I cannot believe that this type of people still have work. I think you need to apply somewhere else since you cannot do your job properly. Maybe work somewhere in a lower level?

This is the WORST clinic I have ever been to . Dr. Muneer Mohammad is very rude does not care about his patients , they barely understands what u are saying , and they always act lost to information they’re supposed to have . I went for blood work , the lab said they already sent my results to the clinic it’s been a week and the receptionist doesn’t know what I am talking about and said she is not seeing anything for me there she have to let her co- worker check. A gentleman called and said he will call me the next day at 12 with the results , I have to call them at 1 for an update , she said she never told me she would call me and the person who told me that information is not at work and she doesn’t have the results if she doesn’t call me that means it’s not in as yet . One day later she called and said I had to e-transfer her money for results . This is poor service and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! They are rude they shout at people.. and could barely understand English , This whole place is a scam !

Zero star for the male receptionist who is too rude and angry. Today I went myself and my family to see Dr. Muneer at 1200 Markham road clinic. I have a new born baby with me and my 5 year old son. After I see Dr. Muneer, my son wants to pee very urgently and he told me 3 times he want to use washroom urgently. There is a washroom inside the clinic and I guided him there. Suddenly the male receptionist, (did not tell his name) came and talk to me in a very rude manner and told me not to use the washroom. I explained to him that my son already started to pee. He talk to me very angry and rude way. In addition, he told me to get out. I told him, my son already pee and let him continue, also I asked him...who are you to get out me and infact I didn't use any bad behavior or inappropriate talk there. The male receptionist refused to tell his name. Moreover, he told me that I cannot do or complain anything about him and even if I complain there is no use. Because he knows that he can use any inappropriate manner and no one is going to complain about him. I came out from the washroom and that guy was shouting and making noise. He act like a man who wants to show the male shownism. He was shivering with angry and look like he may hit me. Before the washroom issue, this male receptionist asked to pay for the prescription and he wants me to pay the fees either by cash or etransfer at the same time from the mobile. I told him I don't have cash with me and I am not using mobile usually for the bank purposes. I ttold him I will do etransfer from home. Then he told me in a rude way...you don't understand what I am saying...I want money either by cash or etransfer from mobile. Otherwise I cannot bring my prescription from there. This kind of rude receptionist will not help the patients or their concerns. Truly no manners in talking and not showing any respect to women and children. Very rude male receptionist at 1200 Markham road and he do not understand what we are talking and no proper behavior.
