My husband and I are always cheerfully greeted and the quality of service and work is top notch. We are very glad to have purchased our forever ring at Tompkins!

I went into this lovely store late in the day on Dec 30 with a huge request to resize and Rhodium Plating. They not only graciously helped me out, they did an outstanding job and completed the tricky task before I was expecting.
Thank you very much I will return for more purchases in the future.

Tompkins has always been my go-to place for jewellery (purchases (wedding), maintenance and repair). The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I picked up my rings after a few days and they both looked fabulous. Thank you!

My engagement ring had scratches on it and I figured they would be permanent, but it looks brand new! My wedding band fits perfectly now and looks amazing! Flo was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Exceptional service!!! I will be a repeat customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very understanding about the sentiment behind my jewellery and explained in understandable terms what they were going to do. I lost a stone out of my daughter's ring and wanted it replaced. They replaced it and the worn stones as well. When I got it back it looked brand new even though it is 25 years old. Also had my mother's ring cleaned and it is beautiful again. I would highly recommend Tompkins Jewellers if you need to have cleaning or repairs done.
