J	Janelle Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard the ad on the radio that went something along the lines of “From now until Christmas, receive a free gift with every purchase!” I went in to buy a gift, and I paid while the lady wrapped it. I assumed the ‘free gift’ would be in the bag, but when I got home there was nothing. I called in and told them I had heard the ad, but was told it was only a free gift with a minimum purchase which ranged from 250-650$ depending on the brand of jewellery. I then asked if I could come back in and make another purchase to get me to the minimum amount, but was told it had to be on the same receipt so I wouldn’t be able to do that. It was a little frustrating because the ad was misleading, but that was also my fault for not asking when I initially went in. Regardless, I went back to buy another gift a few days later for my girlfriend and the sweetest lady helped me. I brought up again how I had heard the ad and asked if there is any chance I could bring in my last receipt and long story short, she helped a girl out. It was also a last minute gift so I came straight after work and was not dressed for the occasion, but she treated me all the same and I was very impressed with her professionalism and her overall kindness. Thank you Jodi! I will be back solely because of her service :)
