We rented a tent from Tentation rentals for my father in laws 60th birthday party. It all started out nice. Everyone at Tentation was friendly and they came to set up the tent a couple days earlier before our event so we can finish our decor. The party went very well and we removed all the decor and cleaned everything up. We never noticed any stains or damage to the tent. Otherwise we would have attempted to remove any staining by ourselves. Unfortunately we had to leave the house and were not able to be present when they came to take down the tent. One day later we received a phone call from Tentation saying that the tent walls and the roof of the tent were severely stained from the decoration we used and there is no way that they were able to remove the stains and that we have to come up with the damage cost. He also informed me that he had pictures of proof of the damage which he only send me 2 days after they have picked up the tent. He send me a quote to replace the entire tent which was over $3,500 and we have to pay for it. It was pretty clear that they just want to replace their already run down tent. The tent was already very dirty and had lots of other even worse stains and rust spots. We then picked up the tent and removed the stains ourselves, which apparently were impossible to remove. This was a very disappointing experience for us.These people are just using customers to get money out of them even after they have taken a $250 damage deposit from us already. Very disappointing experience. Save yourselves the headache and go with a different company. We wish we would have. Update: We ended up getting our damage deposit back after cleaning the tent ourselves.

As a wedding planner, I had the pleasure of working with Tentation Tent Rentals a few weeks ago! This was my first backyard tent wedding that I had a hand in planning from start to finish and I couldn't have pulled it off without the ongoing support from Brenton (and his team). They truly made the entire process so much easier by offering advice on everything from tent placement to lighting. I would definitely recommend!

We used Tentation Tent Rentals for our September wedding. The office staff made all the arrangements from choosing a tent to having a line locate done so quick and easy. Brenton called me the morning of installation and kept me up to date as to when they would arrive. They were great to work with, communication was great and they installed a beautiful tent for us.
