I call in, and I can't get past their stupid automated phone system. I just want to be transferred to Mr. Singh, but that apparently is not an option. I guess I will find a credit card some place else.
K	Kayla M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously don't know why I bother with this branch, I've been with this bank for 11 years and because with all my experiences with this branch I seriously consider going to another bank. Every. Single. Time I come the one older blonde husky lady will serve all the Caucasian people immediately, then once I get there she always tends get "busy" and goes off or starts working on whatever computer stuff. Leaving me standing there waiting. I don't know if it was just me thinking silly but it's been almost every time. Ive talked about my frustrations with others about this branch, everyone always says that's how they are there to minorities. If you don't want to work with coloured people don't work in a place that helps coloured people?
R	Ryan Dueck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good staff. It's nice to be called by name before they have your client card. Joey Harms is an excellent account manager and is willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend him for all your Ag and commercial needs.
V	Veronica Janzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this Covid-19 pandemic, RBC is NOT doing enough to help its customers. With many businesses (grocery stores, pharmacies etc) requesting for contactless payment via debit or credit cards, RBC still levies the charges for e-transactions if the transactions exceed the limit. My account allows me a limited no. of transactions a month so If I have to shop several times a month for my clients as well, this limit is easily exceeded; yet I am penalised for using contactless payment. RBC has NO sense of compassion during this pandemic. While many are having difficulty making ends meet, RBC still wants to squeeze every last cent from its customers who need to us contactless payments.

M	Mariana Fedorenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have opened debit account with RBC last month. I was told that there’s no MONTHLY FEE and I will have 12 FREE transactions per month. However, I was charged $5 for one electronic transaction and $3.25 for “Monthly 25 days FEE”!!!!!!!!! I am going to close my debit account with RBC immediately!!!!!!! DON’T TRUST RBC! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RBC!

Refuse to give me a credit card refused to help me start my company. Thank God TD Bank was across the street! They gave me a 1500 credit card to help me build credit. And helped me open my business account. When I filed a complaint to rbc they sent me a letter stating they were closing my account. They are not there to help. Just greedy people out to serve themselves on the backs of others. Screw Steinbach rbc... no good people work there.
