★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in this place is horrible, first they made me wait at the entrance for almost 10 min, and there were free tables. And then, when I was finally seating, they didn’t even bring a glass of water or come to the table to ask if I was ready to order, they ignored me even doing eye contact. So after 15 min I just left. Horrible. I give 2 stars because the food looks good.

I came across Tommy’s on my early walk in search for coffee while I waited for my daughter to wake up.
This little gem is centrally located amongst many of the other restaurants and shops in the Old Montréal - Vieux Port.
Lucky for me, it was steps away from where we were staying; Hotel Nelligan.
The staff at Tommy’s were happy and eager to serve.
There are not a lot of seats inside so I and many others opted for take out which is not an issue as there are many places close by to sit and enjoy your coffee Al Fresco!
My coffee was very good but my chocolate croissant was delectable.
Don’t fear lineups here, it’s worth the wait!!

I have & will continue to recommend this location to those interested in visiting Montreal. I also love the list of mimosas to choose from. You won’t find a prettier, tastier brunch in the city. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting from outside the city and wanted to come after hearing great things about this place! Definitely worth waiting in line for! Love the atmosphere and would definitely recommend coming here for brunch. Out of all the drinks we had, I would recommend the chai latte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not a fan. The decoration is really nice and the setup does it's job really good. It's sets you up for a great experience.
But then the food was OK but the coffee... who thought that serving a coffee in a regular glass was a good idea? It tasted OK, not great, and I had to hurry get to drink it all before it got cold for which I failed.
This place has great reviews, but probably not for the really important things.
