I	Isaac Tetreault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience specifically with the owner Michel. Firstly, I walked in and no one checked my vaccine passport. During the entire time I was there I never had to prove that I was vaccinated which is very concerning on its own. However my real issue is with Michel. He was rude and dismissive towards me, overall making the environment very hostile and unwelcoming. Do not come here if you speak english. Honestly, don't come here even if you speak French, just avoid it at all costs

At first and while I was still by the entrance, the owner “Michel Akoury” screamed at me to put a mask on because of the new COVID regulation starting today and I immediately did. We sat on a table, awaiting our brother to arrive and so we can place the order together, and the owner said “ok” initially, but he won’t accept 3 of the “same household” to sit on one table, and again we said “ok, we will follow his rules”. The table was dirty, and we didn’t complain, we cleaned it ourselves. Then he passed by again and told us that we cannot sit without ordering, we said “yes, my brother will be arriving now”, then he repeated that we cannot sit and started mumbling in French! I told him if he wasn’t comfortable with us being there, we could leave, and he said “yes, please leave the coffee shop and pointed at the door”! What a hospitality! I feel sorry for his employees and customers! We gladly left to a nearby coffee shop where we were able to sit together on one table, chat and had fun! Note to owner: By the way “Michel Akoury”, you shouldn’t take off your face shield or mask while you are sitting there not eating or drinking, COVID is now officially “airborne”. Maybe you should follow the rules first, before asking your clients to do so! You need to be the “role model”!!!
