We had never done professional headshots before - to be honest, I hate photos and am so uncomfortable with them haha - Tom new exactly what was needed and what to do do have a professional headshot collection for myriad uses. Ultimately, he was super fun to work with, we had a blast during the shoot, he was super responsive and got us the final product really quickly. He is also an impeccable communicator and never made me feel like I was left in the dark. He made suggestions along the way based on our colors etc. We had to change our studio date and he was easily able to accommodate our new schedule.
