★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this new Allendale physio clinic for an assessment on my back. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. After a session of needling my back felt alot better.
Returned a week later for a strengthening session with John. He got me working on specific excersises to help me overcome my back issues. He was informative and gave me a detailed plan on how to get me back to top shape. I am an athlete and have worked with many physio/strength professionals throught my life and this group was right up there with the best of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connect Physiotherapy opened up a few months ago. The space is bright, welcoming and has plenty of room. I am currently seeing Mark, he is a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful and kind. I will be reccomending Connect to all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The place is nicely designed, which makes it very welcoming. The people working there are very knowledgeable and professional. The physio session was very productive. In the first session after assessing my situation, they help my neck tension with needles. The next day it felt so good! Better (and cheaper) than 5 massage sessions. It was worth every penny. I really liked the workout space they have too. The clinic is very well located, easy to get to and plenty of parking spots (very important!). When you visit it make sure to check out the washrooms, they are very spacious and clean. Loved them! I’ll be coming back for an exercise consultation, for sure!
