β β β β β Worst Restaurant ever. Waiting time is too long, no one is serving you the food, Place is untidy, I ordered teriyaki rice bowl and the rice was too mushy and wet. Food is not good. Not recommend to it here

β β β β β Very good food and fast preparation, both options for vegetarians and non. There was covid 19 protocols being followed good sanitization and staff were wearing masks and gloves, one way markers. There is no dine in option currently just pick up or delivery.

β β β β β Customer service is rude, the cashier is making sushi with her bare hands while she processes transactions. Very unsanitary especially during Covid 19. Do not get fooled by their window cleaner working hard. When the truth meets the eye, you will know. Their ramen and udon tastes extremely bland as well. Not worth it

β β β β β I haven't been here for a while and it appears that maybe the ownership has changed. I had a beef Bento box and the meat looked more like donair meat, there was no ginger nor wasabi provided for the sushi (true, I should have checked before leaving). The veggies weren't very fresh either. It was a disappointing experience.

β β β β β I ordered 2 beef noodle bowls over the phone to pick up, when I arrived they had made only one and i had to wait for them to make the 2nd bowl. The 2 bowls were very different in portion sizes.
Tasty enough, but seriously lacking vegetables.

β β β β β Ordered take out this evening and the food was the best we have ever had at any Tokyo Express. Very fresh and well made. The serving size was very generous. Really impressed and will go to this location more often.
