A	AMC T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful staff, very rude and pretentious. I completely fail to understand where they derive their sense of superiority from given what they do for a living. Yet I'm a masochist when it comes to this place, I've kept going back, mainly for their jean selection ( where else can I find Mother denim?!) and evening wear. Every time I go in I get measured head to toe and get treated according to what I wear...and given that I usually go after they gym (equinox is upstairs) or grocery shopping...well you can imagine. Aside from the younger, delusional women working there, you'll also find an old lady and man, who are worse than the rest. You'd think that by that age they'd have learned their place?!
L	Lar S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was great, but the service, until you are buying something, is horrible. 1 of the service staff was helpful, when I handed a pile of clothes over and asked if someone would help me; however, the remainder of staff present were focused on themselves and choosing music. It was actually shocking how poor the service was.

They size up everyone coming into the store and those that don't fit the thin, blonde and designer clad image are seldom offered help. Always tension between staff, catty over some clients. Laughable really but creates such an unpleasant atmosphere I steer clear

You can get Helmut Lang, J Brand, Marc Jacob's and other designers for more than 50% off. You'll never want to pay retail prices again. The clothes are all in perfect condition, and if you go on the first or second day of the sale you will most likely find your size. It's the kind of place that gets you excited about spending your hard earned money on well made designer clothing.

However, as soon as you pick anything up they rush over to you and tell you how amazing the piece you picked is. Which I find a little bit fake. I just hope the sales people will be a bit more genuine and treat the customers how they want to be treated and not treat the customers like prices tags towards your commissions.
