★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I was having some issues with my pair of monitors Ysm6 I got from long and mcquade in Markham road Scarborough, after a few months they started making a loud buzzing noise took it back to the store thy Said noting was wrong with it, I moved to Ajax the same issue, so I took it to long and mcquade pickering in June got it back in October they told me their tech didn't find anything wrong with them, I was moving to Alberta by that time so I didn't check when I got to Alberta I set then up ready to the same noise, I took them back to long and mcquade Edmonton south 9219-28 Ave the tec there is a genius he for the fault solved it with one, he sent the other to Yorkville and this morning I got a call from "Andrew" I must say excellent customer service ? this made me day to see such extraordinary customer service thanks long and mcquade Edmonton South and thanks to Ofelia At Yorkville.
