I called Riley for a quote and he must have been close by as he showed up with in the hr. He sized up the work and quoted me a very fair price for the work shown here. Their bucket truck was impressive clean and didn’t drop oil on my driveway. The two operators showed up exactly on time. Went right to work and when they were done the clean up was perfect. They opened up our view and really changed the look of our front yard. I would have no problem recommending Tip Top Tree services. I will be calling them back soon for all of my tree work. Their friendly staff provided me with a free quote for a tree removal and two trimming services, and ended up providing me with the services the same day as they had a cancellation that afternoon. Tip Top Tree service was recommended to me by a friend and, all things considered, we couldn't have chosen a better company. Laurie provided us with an accurate quote and the work began almost immediately. The four man crew were professional and personable and they took the time to explain the process to us and field any questions we may have had. But what impressed us most was that the trees were brought down during a wind storm that saw gusts of over 80 km/h. This wind knocked out power in our area for over 12 hours but the guys had no hesitation in completing the job. They stayed on schedule and took down the trees without any impact on the power poles that are located within 20 feet of the base. Amazing job. Well done to all. Thank you Riley.

I commend his knowledge and expertise in assisting me to get a permit from the city to remove a large limb from a Garry Oak, the city had previously been denying such a permit for years despite the threat it posed. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and did a fantastic job! The cleanup afterwards was excellent. I highly recommend Tip Top Tree Services!
