C	Cynthia Pronick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In early April we requested an estimate for our vinyl deck and new cedar/metal railings. A very charming, knowledgeable man came, measured and explained what needed to be done to correct our problem. We explained that we also want to replace our 2 connecting wooden decks, stairs and railings and will stage the project depending on costs. He advised that someone else in the office does the actual estimating and we would have a quote in 2 weeks. One month later, we contacted Deckadence asking about the estimate to be told by the salesman that he was on vacation but would get back to us when he returned in a week "to continue the conversation". Why a "conversation" as he told us he's not the estimator!! So, 2 1/2 months and no estimate. I don't know whether Deckadence does good work - or just takes good pictures. Very disappointing.
J	Joe LeRoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Aaron and his crew recreate all the trim work around our windows, doors and "belly band" for our century home that had been stripped off in the 50's when tile siding had been installed. It was a big job, that also required rebuilding the sills under the windows that had been removed. Deckadence's crew were polite, approachable, diligent and very skilled. The clean up each day was a key part of the process as well. The workmanship was fantastic! Aaron was very good at keeping us apprised of progress and any developments (like rotten wood found in our soffits and front wall) and provided us with several options with how to approach repairs. We are so pleased with the end results now that the house has been transformed back to original. Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge and patience. :)

We continue to work with them as they provide the best quality of workmanship and above that, they are the most professional group of contractors out there. They show up on time (even early) to be able to start in a timely manner each day. The team are so respectful, friendly and polite. They are also are very mindful of their surroundings by cleaning up after every work day. We cannot say enough about this company, and the people that represent them. Our home (inside and out) has become beautiful thanks to them!

The project consisted of a deck extension, new cedar posts, railings, vinyl and a set of stairs to a lower patio. I was really happy with the quality of the workmanship and how it all turned out. Fast forwarding to today (four years later) I noticed that there was something not quite right that was needing attention. I gave Aaron a call and he and his crew came out and made it right! I'm very impressed with Aarons integrity and how he backed up his workmanship four years later. How many other companies in town will do that?? Thanks again Aaron!! My deck looks amazing!

They've restructured our deck that overhands a steep embankment -- it's never been safer or felt more solid, they've done two rental suites for us, a basement patio/walk-out, and more. It was the second project I've hired them for, as they built a wonderful back deck a few years ago. I have to say that Aaron and his guys were absolutely wonderful to work with. First and foremost, the quality of their work stands out. Aside from being skilled tradesmen, they obviously care about the job they do and also the environment in which they work. Further, they're all genuinely good people. I'm pretty sure the entire company was involved on my project at one point or another, and it was a real pleasure talking with all of them each day, as as inevitable changes and wrenches came up in a major project like this, they were courteous, responsive and often offered valuable suggestions. What stood out most, though, was working with Aaron. He is a highly personable and ethical guy who worked tirelessly overseeing my project and tending to my (literally) daily texts and questions. The result was nothing short of stunning and I cannot overstate how happy I am with their work... and no I'm not Aaron's dad!
