โ โ โ โ โ I give Property Management at 36 Park Lawn, Etobicoke, 5 stars for the service help I receive every time i contact them. They work to solve my problems every time i have reached out to them, and the speed on their responsiveness. Most recently my shower drains were clogged, property management came up and helped me same day, fixed the problem and were kind and pleasant throughout the whole visit. The even walked me through how to avoid the problem for the go forward. Great property management here!

They're professional, knowledgeable and always work hard for their customers to ensure they're getting the best from their contractors no matter what it takes. They pay their bills in a timely manner and overall are simply a great company to work with. I would highly recommend this management company.

Zubin Lalkaka was the property manager at my old condo and he is also the property manager of new property we just purchased. He has always been very accessible, answering my questions/concerns and he genuinely cares. I couldn't have asked for a better property manager and looking forward to working with him again.

He is always cautious about checking the potential tenantโs qualification to protect my interest and looks after the property and tenants well. He is always pleasant and prompt with his responses and behaves with the highest standards of professionalism and diligence. Zubin is a credit to Times Property Management and would absolutely recommend him.

He's been helpful and willing to work with us and the tenants that live beside us. As always, the Times Property Management group has been helpful and responsive!

โ โ โ โ โ The management 8200 birchmount lost my parking agreement. So I seek for the manager's (Catherine Z.) help and about the security and lost of information concern, I was giving a lecture with horrible attitude. I do not deserve this service when I'm the resident here! And I do not deserve this kind of treatment at HOME.

I lived at 28 uptown drive before as well. 28 uptown drโs management gave me attitude so moved to 1 uptown dr. Thought they will be better but guess what I have to suck attitude from them again and get lectured for nothing when they lost my agreement. Iโm hoping they didnโt lose any of my confidential info!!! Times management please train your stuff well and more professional!

He is always pleasant and prompt with his responses and behaves with the highest standards of professionalism. I see him driving around our complex regularly to ensure our complex is as it should be. He stops and checks in with the residents while passing by. I would highly recommend Zubin for representation.

โ โ โ โ โ In my experience with this firm, they have been our property managers for many years for our Condo association. I have had the opportunity to deal with Zubin and his team. They have always answered our calls in a timely professional manor, which is important if we have a issue. Distinctly, they have listened to our concerns and pointed out other same like situations which other condos follow, which gave us guidance. I would recommend their firm if I owned a complex and wanted a thorough body to oversee "getting the job done with experience"
