The care and support we received for our aging Grandpa was special. The entire experience from our first call was professional and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to take a few minutes to recognize some of the great people that you sent to help Dad in his dying days this Fall.
Cathy was brilliant! She was always cheerful and patient and had sage advice which was most welcome. Mum took to her very quickly and Cathy certainly helped her – as well as Dad. A thousand thanks, Cathy, for your pleasant disposition in trying times.
Sonia was also most welcome in my parents new home and did so much to help Dad in his final hours.
Hamilton was calm and compassionate. He made some difficult calls in Dad’s final hours, knowing how to call the VON line and take the strain off my mother as well as a call to me to let me know that the end was near. Hamilton kept a few notes for us in case we needed to discuss anything with VON. You are a great asset to your organization, Hamilton! Thank you for your help.
All three of these great people saw us at our worst and simply did what they could to help us through a very emotional time.

They treat us all like family. 10/10 would recommend working here and if you have a loved one that needs services I would definitely encourage you to consider staff relief because as much as they care for their staff is they care about their clients!
