Parked at York Mills station. Machine charged for pressing every option as opposed to the final selection for the time/price. Hence, got charged $37 instead of $6. The printed ticket shows $6, but the credit card was charged $37.

SCAMMERS! Find somewhere else to park. Their machines are rigged and will charge beyond the daily maximum. After they promised to reimburse the overcharge they did nothing! I'll be disputing the charge with my CC provider as I have an email chain with them.

This company is a totally crook. I had a parking ticket coz their meter wasn’t working. They didn’t even agree to waive it, they acted as if they giving me a favour and reducing it to $25. That’s just stupid! They never pick up the phone. I’m totally gonna sue is trash company

Best parking company around. The lots are always clean and machines are easy to use. Not sure why people are having a difficult time reaching a person I've never had an issue, then again people are always quick to complain at the slightest inconvenience. 5 stars from me!

I was charged twice - what really happened was a machine told me it was out of order after I submitted my credit card and I had to use another machine, but got charged for both. When calling, I kept receiving voicemail - very frustrating not being able to get through to a person to get a refund.

It was a little tough to reach a live person. The phone number on their website kept going to voicemail. The phone number on Google Maps was different, but ended up getting me through. Once I did manage to get through though, Chris was able to help me with a refund on my credit card. All in all, I'd park with them again.

I called to inquire how to pay a ticket online, and the person I spoke with acted very hostile towards me, and would talk over me. After explaining I do not have a credit card or personal cheque’s, I asked if there was another option to which I was told no. Eventually I was given an email that does not look like it has to do with the company at all, and was told to etransfer $30 there instead. This did not sit right with me so i didn’t do that, and found a paypal option on their website. Terrible service

Do NOT park at the 280 Spadina location. Their machines are not working properly and their office will not issue me a refund even though there is something wrong with their machines. I parked there and the sign clearly says $8 for 10 hours. I parked, paid $8 and the ticket issued only gave me 2.5 hours of parking. I tested out 2 machines and both did not match the price sign so I left because I needed 10 hours of parking. Apparently they cannot issue me a refund because they have no proof I didn't park there. Why would I stay if I need 10 hours? Please see the images attached. If you work here, please refer me to someone to speak to. Not the person who generally answers emails at [email protected].
