We know they are in good hands even when have to leave them 2 weeks to visit family back east. They know our pets, know what kind of dogs/behavior they shouldn’t be mixed with etc and we really appreciate that they pay extra attention. They we really accommodating to us during the holidays when we were expecting our baby, it is prime season for them and they secured us a guaranteed drop in spot anyway. Life savers!

From what it says on the website, dogs are able to socialize with other dogs, they're taken for walks, played with and able to run around on the grass and play in the pond...I mean there's pictures of dogs doing just that. We got there and were told that they're basically a last resort kennel for people who need to send their dog somewhere. We were shown where our dog would spend most of his day...a cement stall. And then when he's allowed outside, it's by himself and it's a dog run that looked to be just rock. I was told there's no walks and no socialization. His exact words were,"I don't care what you do either way but I'll tell you how it is here". There was a great Dane puppy sitting at the back of one kennel and he looked so scared. The owner... Or employee, said the dog is so scared he won't come out of the kennel and there's nothing that can be done because it's too far gone. He said he told the owner but she said, "well I have to go to work and he needs to go somewhere". I'm not understanding the good reviews of people saying their dogs are happy to go here, they're left alone most of the day. This is what I was told by the man working there, I even made sure I did hear everything right and asked my husband who said yes, he said all those things. So I'm not sure why they would advertise as this amazing, sociable daycare when they're only a kennel.

We have been very impressed with their services, their flexibility to work with you, fair pricing, the dedicated staff and their facility. Lima is very happy when we turn onto their driveway every day and usually have to bribe her with a treat to convince her to leave at the end of the day - always a good & reassuring sign. Thanks for taking such good care of our furbaby!
M	Megan B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 1 year old pup has been coming here once a week and for longer stays as needed since she was 5 months old. She LOVES it and never wants to come home. She is tired and happy when we pick her up. I trust them and am grateful for how intentional they are. They pair dogs well together based on size and temperament. We love Jennifer ? Their newer stuff recently seem a little less organized and knowledgeable but are in training so hopefully in time everyone is on the same page :)
M	Megan Alexis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed great until we tried to book the dog in. It’s currently the beginning of May and we called to book our dog in for the Christmas holidays. We were refused service at this time because we are new clients. I offered to take our dog in over a weekend in the summer so they could meet him and we would not have to be considered new clients. I was still refused service. I was told that new clients book in advance and don’t show up which I understand, but I offered to send proof of flights and everything. I was told they reserve the good times like Christmas for old clients and even though I was booking way in advance, they didn’t want to upset their old clients who wait until September to book for Christmas. Very disappointing and disheartening. I’ve never booked something anywhere and not shown up in my life. Sad to be refused service over the holidays just because I’m a new client.

For a dog who usually hates being separated from his family, it's clear he has an amazing time there with his other dog friends. His reaction is the best review I could give! The staff seem super caring and it's very clean. I highly recommend Time4Dogs.
M	Meghan Jamieson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog here for the first time for a 5 night stay and was not impressed. She needed a medication once a day. I sent 7 pills (2 extra) just in case something happened to one of the pills or some other situation arose. When we picked her up all 7 pills were gone. We should have gotten 2 pills back. When we asked the woman inside what happened, she was unable to give a clear answer. She said maybe someone else gave her an extra pill that day. Do your employees not communicate with each other or have a way to indicate that the dog has already had its medication that day? How dangerous. Good thing I didn’t send the whole bottle of pills. Also, I sent a full ziplock bag of cookies. She wasn’t given any of them. Got the full bag back. They also over charged us by $60. Luckily I checked my bill before leaving and was refunded. And to top it off, my dog was so amped when we got home. It was as if she wasn’t exercised at all during her stay. She has been boarded and done daycare in the past and has always come home tired and relaxed. This was not the case with this establishment. I guess if you do not pay for “extras” your dog doesn’t get exercised.
C	Christine Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So highly recommended. I brought my pup here after he had a negative experience at another daycare, and it has been amazing. He loves it here, racing to the gate with excitement, and practically forgets I exist when I'm dropping him off. When I pick him up, half the time, he turns around to go right back in - he's not ready to leave! Even better, when I pick him up he is happy and calm, but not the kind of stressed-out overtired I have seen at other places. He comes 3 days a week, and I could not be happier. They have also been amazing about accommodating times when my schedule has changed. This is definitely one of my pup's happiest places.
