โ โ โ โ โ My cat was there 9 days, lost 1.5 pounds and had to have emergency surgery after pickup. Staff were advised to watch for him getting his collar in mouth. Message not passed on. Collar over teeth on pickup & didn't breakaway. Flesh worn down to bone & not noticed (took more than an hour for something like that to occur, yet was told he'd been seen & picked up an hour prior??). Credit is that they picked up the cost of the surgery. Also to note- the outdoor space (where litter box is) is not available full-time, only for periods that they open door & allow access. So, if kitty has to go when they are locked in, they have to go in the place where they live & sleep. Perhaps only my experience, but cat very traumatized. Would add a photo of damage to cats jaw, but don't see way to do that. Not a pretty picture anyhow!!

โ โ โ โ โ Brenda is a fantastic caretaker of cats. She has setup a great little group of cat apartments, complete with outdoor enclosed patios for each cat! I'm pretty sure our cat didn't enjoy coming home cause she no longer had outdoor access 24/7 - what a diva! I have been taking my cats to Brenda for nearly 10 years and I will continue to do so until she no longer offers cat hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ I highly recommend Club Cat Hotel. We recently had our two cats stay there & Brenda was amazing, a real life saver. We got to enjoy our vacation stress free, while she took really good care of our kitties. One of our cats needed medication twice a day, and Brenda is a pro at giving medication to pets. They were in great hands at Club Cat and we look forward to using her services again.

โ โ โ โ โ Brenda really knows her stuff! My cat has been a little "high maintenance" and I was really worried about leaving her anywhere or with anyone! From the moment I booked in, I knew Tiger would be in good hands! In fact, more than good hands...she came back a calmer and certainly "cleaner" cat! I had told Brenda some of my challenges with cat litter and she gave me some great tips that really worked! I can't wait for Brenda's book that have those tips and many more in them! I will certainly book Tiger for a return holiday, it almost seemed like she didn't miss me! I was able to relax knowing that Brenda was taking personal care of Tiger! I really feel that Tiger had a holiday too at Clubcat!
