If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing vacation with superb fishing, Timber Point Camp is an excellent choice. We are the only resort on our 10 mile long, 5200 acre lake, which makes us unique. Our remote location makes for great fishing, and real quality time with your friends and family. While primarily a fishing resort, we also have bear hunting, ATV trails, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, swimming, and a sauna, so there is something for everyone.

Upon arrival to our landing…

guests will find us waiting to welcome them with a pontoon boat to load up their gear and transport them the 2 miles across the lake to their cabin at Timber Point Camp. Our boats are 14 or 16 ft Lund boats with 15 or 20 hp motors and have comfortable swivel seats. Our cabins range from a one room 2 person cabin, Deer Haven, to our spacious 9 person cabin, Eagles Nest, and 6 other choices in-between. We are a small fishing resort and our cabins hold a maximum of 35 people. Our cabins are clean and comfortable and are equipped with a stove and refrigerator, all utensils, and kitchen and bed linens.Timber Point Camp is a family run, fishing and hunting resort located on the breath-taking Aerobus Lake, in famous Northwest Ontario, Canada.

Aerobus Lake…

Beautiful Sunset at Timber Point Camp in Ontario, Canadais by far one of the best Lake Trout and Northern Pike fishing lakes in the area. We pride ourselves in the fact that by using our fishing methods we can teach anyone to catch Lake Trout. Our ‘Trophy Trout’ are 9 to 12 lbs; although most people will bring in an average catch around 4 to 5 lbs. Northern Pike are close to the same weight ranges. There are large Walleyes on Aerobus Lake, but not in great numbers. For Walleye fishing we offer several portage lakes with boat and motor included in our packages or we can arrange for a fly-out.

Timber Point Camp…

Timber Point Camp Jessica and Steve Miceli holding a Long Northern Pikeis run by its new owners Steve and Jessica Miceli. We are thrilled to be able to see all of our guests again and to make new friends. For those who remember our young family, you will be surprised at how much we have grown. We are open to any new suggestions and feedback from our guests.

So, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation…

fishing at it’s best, using well maintained boats and motors; clean, comfortable cabins; either a hot shower or sauna at the end of the day, then perhaps you are ready to try a wilderness vacation at TIMBER POINT CAMP in Ontario, Canada.

Great fishing, great cabins, great people, great boats, huge lake, beautiful water! We just had an amazing time. But the cook we brought from outside wasn't very good. Jk.

An absolute phenomenal destination for fishing, stargazing, scenery, wildlife and serenity. Steve and Jess are truly an inspiration for any visitor, hard working and very accommodating to all your needs from the day you arrive to the end of you stay. Jess and Steve, the owners of Timber Point Camp, really do a great job and take care of every need. They take the time to make sure your stay is Excellent. The fishing on Aerobus Lake is great. You can catch 30 to 40 fish a day. Walleye, Northern, Perch, Small mouth bass and trout. I would highly recommend staying here. Cabins over look Aerobus lake from your porch, great view and you can't beat it.

I had multiple issues with ownership and will never go back until new ownership comes into place. The owner got into a drunken physical altercation with a guest and kicked them out without giving them a boat ride back to their car. This is not okay by any means. Also they didn't fill up gas tanks ever. Got mad at us for asking during the night or morning as they have an infant. Almost ran out of gas multiple times and had to cut days short because of this. Never cleaned the fish house. Buckets full of fish guts filled to the top making it difficult to clean fish. No toilet paper on some days. If you do choose to go you will have to bring your own for backup. Closed club house to have family time not giving you the ability to ask questions, put fish away in freezer and see which lakes were open. There are a lot of options in Canada for fishing trips and I recommend everyone to look elsewhere.

Best trip ever ! The lake is beautiful, fishing fantastic and the camp was just what we were looking for. Steve and Jessica are great hosts and could not have been any more friendly. We went to one of the portage lakes and it was great too. This is a great life experience.

This was one of the greatest trip/experiences I have ever had. Myself and several of the boys planned this trip. We are mostly friends from high school and in many ways have lost touch, but what a fantastic way to get to know one another again. The campsite, for any of you who are used to roughing it, is anything but. Shower house, latrine, and indoor plumbing in the toilet side of the shower house is nicer than any camping trip I ever took as a kid with my Dad. And lets talk about fish. "Have you boys ever been catching?!" Northern Pike, Walleye, and Trout! Jess even smoked one of the trouts I caught with the secret "family recipe." Jess and Steve, thank you so very much for your hospitality. It was wonderful and one those experiences that I hope one day to share with my son.

Is Timber Point Camp still in business ? We had reservations for late August of 2021 (after Canada had opened back up) and all calls and emails remain unanswered. Left numerous messages on both listed phone numbers and sent several emails. Even tried posting to Facebook, but have not received any response. I guess they intend to keep our deposit. I can understand that COVID has devastated their business but a response would have been nice.

Timber Point is an incredible fishing camp and vacation destination if being outdoors and away from the craziness of normal life is your goal. This was my second trip but my family has been going for over 50 years. The memories we make there will never be forgotten. Steve and Jess are awesome hosts who will do everything in their power to make sure guests enjoy their time at Aerobus Lake. Steve always made sure we had everything we needed for a good day fishing including a few pro tips. This is easily my favorite fishing destination and I can’t wait to go back. See you in 2020!
