★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love ski locker on main floor. Nice big hall closets for snow gear in room. Friendly service. Right at the base of hill. Bedding could use an upgrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest mattress on the market. Very uncomfortable. Can feel springs. Carpet dirty and many staines. Electric outlet by the bed not working. No control in parking. Cars parked in alleys, double on corners, boxing in buses. No real « reserved « bus parking. Bus drivers beware. You will have to stay in your bus all day to make sure to keep cars out of your way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees great. Prices also. But hotel in huge need of renovation. Do not ask for mountain view, cause you'll have trouble sleeping because of the snow canons. The sacrifice of the view is worth for the good night sleep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. Furniture was quite new and of good quality.
In our case, we had a rainy day during our stay, so we decided to spend 1 afternoon resting in and the room felt cosy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is on the older side, key system is very... Unique. It uses a punch card style, which is something I've never seen before. The room is quite old, but it was clean and spacious. The night air was extremely clean and cool, which was excellent. The hotel outside was dark, to the point that it was unnerving to go outside, even with a flashlight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed... I decided to stay here and I was under the impression it would be a good experience. Unfortunately I was wrong. First of all, the place is in dire need for a renovation. Rooms are outdated, the carpet throughout the building is gross and clearly has an odor, which doesnt play out well when you're stuck in your room all night. The fridge in the room did not work and there was absolutely nothing to do on site... something I would not have expected from a "resort"Which brings me to #2, they advertise there is a bar/lounge on site for guests to have food and drinks, yet they rented the place out for wedding and I was advised I couldn't not go there due to this. The person at guest services recommended I drive down the road for drinks... obviously this is a poor choice as it is illegal to drink and drive. So I'm not sure how one would go about this in a safe and effective manner. Anyways, when I stay at a "resort" I would expect at the very least a clean environment with a place to go to get food and drinks. Based on this poor experience I would not recommend this "resort" at all. Highly recommend looking around to find alternative solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an adequate lodging option in this area. I am sure people can find more exotic options but the value cannot be beaten anywhere near this area. Many amenities such as nice restaurants (high ratings), grocery shops, gas station, etc. can be found here. The hotel restaurant is not useful nor nice to dine in due to short opening hours, but there are several options that can be appreciated. Unlike Ontario grocery stores you will find very extensive beer and wine selections which were much appreciated in my family's long road trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really great price and nice staff, that's the only reason why they got 3 stars and not 2.
The hotel itself, is far from any standard in 4 days the maid never pass to get the trash, so we had to find a place to throw them ourself.
In a double queen room you have only 1bed table between the beds so If you need I don't know to charge your phone and keep it near you, well if you re on the other side of the bed your phone goes on the ground... Really well thought.
The bed table has a metal thing fix to it can't even discribe it. It's take place on the bed table and we can't remove it.
The bed are not bad I didn't feel the springs and I am an heavy guy, but after few days our neck were hurting.
The fridge was freezing everything so we tried to change the settings there were no button we had to use a long nose to change it.
The rooms are overdue for a make over, but for the price we had with the ski passes it was fair enough.
