★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has so much potential yet no one there cares. The front desk person was the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever experienced. The room was dirty so I asked to be moved to another room and again it was unclean. Carpet not vacuumed, hair on the bathroom floor, undusted furniture - disgustiing!! The front desk person didn't even offer to vacuum the room for me cause they were on their phone talking when I was showing them the dirty room! OMG!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were just ok. They could definitely improve in the cleanliness and attention to details when cleaning. Our shower was pretty gross and needs to be re-done. The front desk was aware and notified us ahead of time but we took the room because we needed a pet friendly one (room 115). No one cleans up during the continental breakfast so if you want a clean table you wipe it yourself with napkins. If you want ice you need to go to the front desk as there is no machine. Overall though the bed is comfortable and you get a free breakfast, so can't go wrong there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was dirty, coffee maker was growing mold. Got charged for 3 nights instead of 1 due to early check out. They were very rude and unhelpful and told me to come to Neepawa to get the refund. I have stayed there many times and it has gone down hill. Wont stay again. Will go to Westway Inn across the road instead from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neepawa was on our route from Alaska to Omaha, Nebraska, so we booked a stay at Bay Hill. I know some prior ratings were bad, but new management has made this place great! We got two adjoining rooms with two queen beds in each. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The appointments were high quality, too: mini-kurig, tall-boy minifridge, noce big TV... I really liked it here and encourage others to give Bay Hill a go. P.S. Eat at the Prairie Donair co-located and -managed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neepawa was on our way back from Winnipeg so we stayed at Bay Hill inn and suites, I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were very clean!! The management team was really nice and helpful. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.

The styling of the room was nice though just needed some maintenance and care
