While paying the bill they suggested I come back in a week so they could do a follow up check for leaks. I dropped the truck off without an appointment and went to to eat at Wa-Ku restaurant (next door) while I waited. Tim's found a leaky valve in the AC system, replaced it, recharged the AC again, during the hour while I ate, and at no cost to me. What more can you ask for?! Thanks for the outstanding service, I'll be booking my Subaru Outback in shortly.

Dave was extremely understanding and professional over the phone while scheduling my appointment. Alicia, who was working the front desk, was equally as professional and overall a pleasure to chat with! I was updated very quickly with a quote that was explained thoroughly. The service was quick, and affordable as well. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back if there are any more issues! Thanks team, you're amazing! ?

Google reviews were good, it was close to home, it's not a franchise so the service is normally better. Boy do I regret that now. After misdiagnosing her vehicle, using inferior aftermarket parts, not tightening hoses and bolts, forgetting to put her dipstick back in, not test driving the vehicle after repair, speaking down to her and having straight up disgusting customer service; she has had to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere. Since then it has run like a champ. The only positive about this business owner is that he wrote a refund cheque for his shops dismal 'workmanship'. When the owner of the automotive shop doesn't know anything about mechanics- red flag y'all. Hella huge red flag. Lesson learned.

This was my third mechanic shop. The previous two were dealership mechanics, who are the worse in every aspect! My cost was significantly reduced and everything was done so quickly!
