Staff are all rude.
Orders take up to 20 mins most days.
I wouldn’t waste your time, go to the Starbucks further down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location although they’re ALWAYS understaffed. I would wait 15-20 mins for a small coffee every time I go there. The staff are already working so hard just please hire more employees for this location. It’s a high traffic mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in the mall and come here at least 3 mornings per week. The last 2 weeks the service and wait time has been awful. Waiting 15+ minutes to be served a tea is ridiculous. 2 times now I have paid for orders which they can't seem to find in their system and walked away without my order after having paid for it. This used to be the best location, I don't know what's gone wrong
