β β β β β The staff at all three locations are not very friendly. They overcharge for my coffee every time. I order a large coffee with 1/4 French vanilla. They charge me for a large French vanilla with 3/4 original . I go almost everyday.
So thatβs an extra $1. So over a course of a year it costs me an extra $200 a year for something Iβm not getting. I spoke to the owner in August whom ensured me it was not correct and that he would have management tell staff . I understand if it were 1/2 and 1/2 but not 1/4. Nothing has changed and the staff argue with me in the drive thru and tell me that it comes from head office to charge that much. I explain I spoke with the owner and they just brush me off and over charge.
I give up Iβll go elsewhere for coffee and I love my Timβs so Iβll go to High River as they have never done that.

β β β β β We ordered the new steak biscuit sandwich and the meat tasted rancid. Took one bite and spit it out. Don't know if this is a location issue or just the menu item itself but 0/10, do NOT recommend.

β β β β β I have almost never had a smooth experience at this location. They either take forever, give me the wrong thing or yell out my name and donβt listen to me when I answer. The staff can never hear me and the ordering always takes a long time without fail. Only go here for the items, not the service

β β β β β Pay attention to your mobile orders! Clean the dang bathrooms! The ladies room is disgusting. The sinks don't drain. The toilets have black stuff growing in them, theres no garbage can in the stall for feminine products. The soap dispenser is literally a industrial sized jug sitting on the counter.
