★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed lunch on the just re-opened patio yesterday. It was great to be able to go out for food and a draught pint despite the extra lockdowns preventing inside dining but sad not to see all the usual regular wait staff there - hope they are doing OK. This is one of the places we visit most 'cause the food is consistently good and the atmosphere is relaxed - it feels like we're visiting friends! Hope the restrictions are lifted soon but look forward to more patio visits and takeout in the meantime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat at a table and waited 20 mins to see my waitress and then had appetizers with no plates or napkins. Sat with dirty hands in the air for 20 mins while my “waitress” passed my table 40 times.
The staff needs to focus on the customers not their in-house social life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there Saturday evening. Food was yum. Drinks were great. Service was average. Server forgot about us after we had eaten our meal. Server spent alot of time gossiping at the bar, which our table stared at. Bill came, I left a small tip for her service because it was average to then watch her smack it down on the counter at the bar and wave the bill around, obviously upset and ranting to the bartender. Hire more mature staff. A tip is not mandatory or should be expected by staff.

10 minutes, we were not acknowledged even though they watched us sit down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I love coming here - we moved to Okotoks several months ago from Ontario and OJ’s very quickly became a regular dinner spot for us. The food is awesome every time (the quesadilla and butter chicken are my faves!) and the staff are so friendly and amazing! Sabrina is the absolute best - she remembered us after only our 2nd visit, is always super sweet and outgoing, and on the odd occasion that she isn’t our server, she always takes time to say hi and talk with us when she has a moment to spare. With the fantastic food, great staff and Sabrina making us feel so welcome every time, we’ll definitely keep coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been so disgusted in my life at management. After having two rounds of food come out cold the manager/part owner Greg refused to come out 3 times and in the end sent out a a waitress to lie and say he left, though we could see him sitting in the back. The end result was we were told he “doesn’t like conflict” and refused to deal with the issue. As a result one of his staff was left in tears due to his refusal to deal with what he is paid to deal with. Shame on you Greg, that was a disgusting show of how you feel about your business, customers AND staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered fish tacos since. Went in to pick them up; the order was right on the cheque. Looked right in the bag. Got home to be disappointed by 3 tortillas with a ton of lettuce and some weird chopped up chicken. Not fish tacos at all. Pretty disappointed as they don't even have a chicken taco option and instead of calling me back to let me know they maybe were out of it made their own decision to make something I never ordered. Seems as though they didn't care about the take out order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Original Joe’s in Okotoks for the first time this evening for dinner and the Super Bowl. The setting was nice and the food was superb, but what set this dining experience apart from the other OJ locations was the friendliness and hospitality of our waitress - Brook. She was an absolutely amazing and friendly young lady who made our dining experience very welcoming and took exceptional care of us from start to finish
I definitely can’t wait to come back again .
