β β β β β There's other Tim's in the area, stay away from this one. The picture is a good indication of the quality your getting here. Coffee was saturated with grounds.

β β β β β Not only was I waiting in the drive thru for 20+minutes the ham and cheddar was not like any other one Iβve got at tons of other timmies. Not the right sauce. Over the top on the mayo. Also I live 2 minutes from there so thought why not give it a shot. Worse mistake ever. My chocolate dip donut was all on the inside of the bag. Never again! I will continue to go to the 82 street. Worst one yet

β β β β β This store consistently doesn't listen too your order, ultimately they should change it too they will put on the screen what they want to do and then we can decide if we want to pay for it. 5x told them a green tea with 2 honey, on screen it says original roast 2 cream & 3 honey. After correcting them and making sure that I was ordering a green tea with honey. Was nice to get green tea with 2 cream and honey and then burn my lap because the lid wasn't on properly. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, go to a company who actuals cares about your business and monetary support. This store out and out hires people who have no care and have no repercussions for their actions.

β β β β β The staff was friendly, however they concentrated on the drive through almost exclusively.
With only one person in front of me in the restaurant it took more than 10min to place my order.
People who come into the restaurant deserve the same attention as people in the drive through, especially since they are doing the environmentally responsible thing and shutting thier engines off to come into the restaurant.

β β β β β Terrible serviceβ¦my 5 yr old daughter ordered strawberry smoothie and she said it was extremely sweet she barely drink it and when I try it yes it was only sugar you can taste and no strawberry flavor at all. I told the crew and she sarcastically answered me of course itβs sweet because it was made with syrup, I showed it to her that I am throwing an almost full cup of smoothie which I paid $4.

Great fresh food and goodies always?
Bathrooms were clean and very well maintained location.
They also have a Big DRIVE THRU!!!!
Customer service decent they were friendly however they were slow to responding and all over the place due to the amount of customers. Should hire more staff.
Location is good as well right off the Anthony Henday highway for quick access.
Check them out tasty place to east a bite.
